Mike moved to Sun Valley in 1973 from Los Angeles after graduating from UCLA, and got into the real estate business in 1974. He got his broker's license in 1976 and started his own company which evolved into McCann Daech Fenton. The company has been one of the leaders in the real estate community since 1976!

Mike is a long-time local who has lived with his wife, Anita, North of Ketchum in Chocolate Gulch for many years. Mike and Anita are very active in all aspects of community life, including schools, athletics, arts, social and environmental issues. Hospice, The Community School and Wood River Baseball, are some of the boards Mike has served on.
