Katie Hobson was first licensed as a Realtor in the Sun Valley area since 1992 with a focus on residential and land sales. A Sun Valley resident, Katie is well versed in all areas of the Wood River Valley and specializes in applying her knowledge to clients ranging from first time homebuyers to veteran investors. Her classic real estate experience and laser focus on client needs has been her trademark in her career as an agent at McCann Daech Fenton. Katie has in the past been a member of the Hailey Chamber of Commerce and a pastoral council member of Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church.
